Dr. Zosia has been a certified exercise physiologist as a member of the American College of Sports Medicine since 2018. She has additional experience in group and personal training which she incorporates into her chiropractic treatment to include movement assessment and exercise prescription with her patients. Movement evaluation can be useful in finding the root cause of low back pain, hip and knee pain, shoulder and mid back pain, plantar fasciitis, and more. Dr. Zosia offers specific exercise programming to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction.
